5 Element Philosophy (Anahata Tradition)
How 5 primal elements : Earth, Fire, Air, Water and Akasha create a language for energetic awareness.

How philosophy is learned
In the Anahata Tradition, experience is knowledge, so philosophy is practiced. It is not just an intellectual activity.
The 5 element philosophy is learned through the 5 Element Purification Practice – Tattwa Shuddhi Saddhana. It is a system of 20 moving-meditations designed to detoxify the body, balance the being and grow multidimensional awareness through the qualities of 5 elements.
As above, so below
As with-in, so with-out
As the universe, so the soul
These words were written in the ancient ‘Emerald Tablet’. But this concept predates the written word. It is integral to Tantric philosophy, which perceives reality as an interconnected weave. The oral traditions of Tantra reach far into our ancient past.
