Anahata moving meditation

An all levels class practicing various Anahata & 5 Element asana (physical posture) sequences. The movements are flowing cycles, designed to stimulate circulation, detoxification, strength and balance in the physical body. Bilateral (left, right) movements and repetition enable a meditative state which allows emotions and mental patterns to be processed. Anahata affirmations and stories are woven into the flows. Nidra meditation

An all levels class. Nidra meditation is a deeply relaxing meditation, classically done in shavasana, corpse pose. The intention is to die a symbolic death, releasing old patterns and planting in new affirmations into the subconscious mind. We use breath and posture to condition the body and mind for entering deep meditation. We use creative vizualisation to explore and experiment with intention. Thursdays at Studio Lijf. Breathwork & Sushumna meditation

An all levels class delving deeper into the inner practices of the Anahata breath and the Sushumna nhadi meditation. Sushumna nhadi is the channel that corresponds with your central nervous system or spine and brain. All the chakras run along this energy channel. Sushumna meditation is a centering meditation that establishes a strong mind body connection. We also explore sounds with our breath, and visualize colors to activate the mind and astral body.
